Hermit Blacksmith Murdered with Dynamite
Episode 308
We share the story of J. J. McGuire, an aged hermit blacksmith from California, who was killed in 1923 by a charge of dynamite placed under his bed. After some conflict with McGuire, a group of men drew lots to see who would kill the old blacksmith.
